Totally unsatisfied with the service.
they have reject my car and told Engine need to replace even they charged 400+5%AED and told engine failure then i call recovery to collect my car and i changed battery and plug from out side now my car have no any issue driving fine.
i lost my money around 650AED Recovery+Texi+Al-TAyer Fujairah.

This is where I bought my 2014 Lincoln MKZ.

Their services are remarkable and professional, especially Mr. Mahmoud of the Ford service representatives.

The only thing that upsets me is the spare parts prices and availability.

GUYS DONT BUY A SERVICE PLAN FROM THIS COMPANY.. FIRST OF ALL ONCE YOU ARE OUT OF WARRANTY THEN NOTHING COMES FOR FREE AND NO MORE COURTESY FROM ANY ONE... ITS BEEN 9 YEARS I BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. HAD TWO FORD EXPLORERS AND NOW FORD FLEX. PAID FOR THEIR SERVICE PLAN.. FRANKLY ITS OF NO USE.. ONLY WAISTING YOUR MONEY. EVERY THEIR BASIC WASH AFTER EVERY SERVICE IS SO BAD I NOW FEEL I SHOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT ANY CAR FROM THEM.
LATELY THEY CHEATED ME WITH MY LAST SERVICE PLAN BY PUTTING AN EXPIRY DATE FAR BEYOND MY PURCHASE DATE AND DENIYING ME THE SERVICE I PRE PAID FOR. YEARS BACK. AT ONE INSTANCE, IN BETWEEN MY SERVICES AFTER ONE OF MY ROUTINE SERVICES I STARTED HEARING SOME SOUND ONCE I WENT TO TAKE MY CAR BACK AFTER SERVICE.. WHEN ASK FOR A CHECK THEY SAID SORRY TO CHECK THEY WILL CHARGE ME.. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS.. THEY DONT CARE ABT CUSTOMERS. MY EXPERIENCE IN FUJAIRAH AL TAYER

Worst dealership in the country
Money hungry, Not trained technicians, Wrong checking reports, Most expensive service centre and No spare parts available most of the times.
( You going to fix your car you will wait couple of weeks and paying alot and still the problem is there) .

I have been so happy with all of my visits to the Mantles Village Shop. The owners Steve and Sue have always made me feel so welcome that I've been there some times just to say hi! Something about a warm Welsh smile keeps me coming :)

The owners serve coffee at all opening times and I've had really nice chats with the friendly locals and visiting tourists ☕☕☕.

The Mantles Village Shop also has such a high range of products. I was so happy to find some local produce (bread from a local bakery and meats from a neighbouring farm). I also got some souvenirs from their Welsh section and gifts. Between that and being able to buy my paper, it made this shop so practical.

One last mention for the cleanliness of the place, this shop is on such high standards of cleanliness: it's a pleasure to shop in!

Great small local shop. Friendly owners and within easy walk of the campsite where we were staying. Very clean and tidy shop and well stocked with all the essentials.

We have been waiting for a decent village shop and Steve and Sue are providing just that.well stocked,lovely place to have a coffee.well supported they will be a great asset to Trefeglwys and around..

Mantle closed as a garage but has now opened as the new village shop we visited it recently when staying in our caravan prices not too bad seem to stock most of the basics and looks like they also have a small coffee shop aswell
