Received a penalty on this car park on two occasions.

On the first occasion, I had payed but the machine was not working. I disputed this with Euro Car Parks Ltd but I was still charged £60.

On the second occasion I was 11-minutes late back to my car after an appointment ran over and I was charged another £60.

This is the smallest fee that can be payed, and if the fee is left unpaid for 14 days, it increases to £100.

I would not park here under any circumstances.

Parked after 7pm , on display it says free after 7 . Still got penalty and appeal is declined by car park company .

DONT ARK HERE, now been taking over by euro car parks!! £100 fine even if you are disabled, absolutely disgusting…avoid at all costs…money grabbing Ba…rds!

Be careful when parking here and using the app to pay. I somehow managed to use the wrong parking on the app (even though it was the only one available and suggested on the signage). I don’t like the fact parking is ticketless when you pay by card so chose the app to have a record! Which was clearly a big mistake from me. I about this car park as much as is possible.

Paid a pound to park and eurocarparks send a parking charge notice, it’s ticketless to no way to prove!!!

Got a ticket even though I paid, its ticket less so pay by the app. District Council I'm appalled at this type of company who are now threatening me with a £100 fine, if you look at your cctv you will see me paying my pound to stay for 18mins!

Disabled now have to pay and display.in winter it is very slippy and is often icey.not very well laid out as spaces are quite small for normal parking.drop kerb for wheelchair users is hidden behind a disabled parking bay. Not very well laid out and quite often people go round the wrong way

Awful car park now it is managed by euro car parks. Avoid parking here, use the other car parks next to it which isn’t managed by this useless company
