This farmhouse is indeed a great place and a perfect gateway for some peace time with friends and family. As we visited this place in May this year, the only drawback was the slippery tap
water in kitchen and washroom. please look into your water supply.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a farm stay and meeting space, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The serene surroundings and picturesque landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and productive getaway. The farm stay and meeting space provided a unique and refreshing alternative to traditional venues. It allowed us to connect with nature while still being able to conduct business efficiently. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat and an inspiring environment for their next meeting or event

I've known this farmhouse from the very beginning, if you love scenery this is your place.

I don't know the owner but he has always been kind enough to accept our requests.

Over all it's an awesome place if you are nature loving.

Great place to spend picnic time, away from city life, in the mountains. I would recommend it highly.

Nice resort away from the city with all facilities like Swimming pool, BBQ area, children's play area, majlis, bonfire area, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a big dormitory room with about 10 single beds (good enough for 15-18 people). There's a small farm and some domestic animals for children. There are no homes or farms nearby so it's completely isolated and very peaceful. Wi-Fi connection is available at the site. du network isn't available but Etisalat works fine.

Great place for big gatherings. Make sure you pack everything you need cause its a very secluded location. The only problem is the big no of flies everywhere! Also be prepared to have an off roading experience to reach this place!

The farmhouse was a great experience. Place is clean, well maintained. Good for a large family get together. We enjoyed cooking, and eating together. ‘No Network’ was a great blessing, forced everyone to interact, play… had a great time. Nice facility.

Location of the property is beautiful. It was very calm and quiet. Rooms were spacious and can accomodate large groups. Had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

A small free to park National Trust gravel surface car park in a woodland opening. From here you can walk down a narrow lane for twenty minutes past a few cottages downhill to the dramatic pebbly and rocky beach which has an interesting Lime Kiln history. Be aware though that the last part down to the beach is a very steep slope but you can still admire the view of the beach and seascape from the well positioned seat just before the steep bit. There is also a good moderate circular woodland walk from the car park which joins up with the coastal path.

Free car park for easy (albeit steep) ???? access to the coast path. But that's why we were there.

Park at the free car park but you have a 10 minute walk to the secluded beach but be aware it is quite a steep decline down (and back up again!) But when you get there there is a small opening on the pebbled beach where you can let the kids play. The waterfall there is also a nice surprise!

Great free parking. Fantastic walks in the area. We parked here and walked in the woods and to the coast.

Beautiful place for a stroll and a swim. Gorgeous. The beach not the car park obvs. The car park is larger than youd imagine and well maintained but it's nothing to write home about.

It’s a small car park with limited spaces but from here, you have several options to explore and hike; or just visit the beach and village. There were signs of broken car windows on the ground - whether from break-ins or some who looked them self out - I wouldn’t leave anything in your car when you wander off. It’s worth mentioning too that there is a width restriction and wider vehicles may not get past the bollards.

Bucks mills is a coastal village over looking Barnstaple Bay and the Atlantic Ocean at one time a lime kiln, only a short walk from the free carpark .

Car park is free.
There is a wood to walk around giving lovely views of the sea.
You can also walk down through Bucks Mills and onto the beach only draw back is that it is very steep.
Well worth a visit tho.
