You try to call them and they never answer, some of them were very impolite. Sometimes you call them, book a ride, and then they don't even show up.

I needed a taxi on the 15th of january 2020, i called to them 3 times, 2 of the calls they answered and hanged up while i was explaining the trajectory. The 3rd call they say they wouldn't the service, 4km service by the way, saying that they only would take me to the airport. Strange is they took me from the hotel i was staying(hampton) to dyce shopping center. Rude people, useless service. Aberdeen taxis, i don't trust any of them not only this one. Spend 25mn calling almost ever single taxi on google list, ended up going on bus, and doing the traditional walk. Hopefully uber could start there and do proper service there

Despite the name, this company do not deal with taxis. Don't waste your time calling them.
