So, I finally made it to the spot, bit late nevertheless reached at the spot. Google map is absolutely accurate and will get you to the end of the road. Park your car near the caretaker's room and walk straight ahead. It's a simple trek, flowers are now losing their color due to heat but the valley is still full of them. Great spot for a picnic, although the ground is very rough and strewn with sharp rocks. So wear a proper gear and shoes. I was all by myself and I lived the peace and quiet. Please do not litter the place, the area is open to all but respect the place.
