Have been to the Vale today with our lovely fantastic and old springer spaniel Henry! (Not going into detail ) been in tears today ! But I would like to say what a really nice bunch of vets and staff u r ! Giving me understanding and hope ! ????

Caring and compassionate, so glad we chose this vets when we moved to the area. Happy to check your pets whenever there is a concern or problem. Parking available. Recommend taking your pets to the Vale Veterinary Centre

Always put my dogs needs first and been very sweet with her. The vets here are very compassionate. Best vet experience I've had. My dog actually gets excited when she comes here.

My Yorky can be very stubborn and I took him today to have his dew claws clipped .The groomer refused to do it as he can be a bit vicious. So I was a bit apprehensive. However the vet Craig was amazing and did the job without a problem . I was delighted .Many thanks Craig and Vale Veterinary Centre Honiton .

Exceptional care for my dog when he got ill when we were on holiday. Went out of their way to help on Bank Holiday and through the week. Everyone from the call handler to vets to receptionists were professional and helpful. 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. We were told to come in after requesting a Health Certificate for export to Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, we were told that because staff concluded that apparently ZIMBABWE IS IN EUROPE, they were only prepared to arrange a European Health Certificate. A month after we booked our appointment. This will cost us potentially thousands in rearranged travel as we can no longer make our flights. No apology or explanation or help offered. When we asked what we should do to rectify their mistake, no options offered.

Incredibly poor customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

The vale vets is a lovely, kind and helpful place. The receptionists are always happy and friendly and understanding. The vets and nurses are the same and can't do enough for you. Wonderful service ♡
