Experience of the service is quick and friendly. The servers greet you and cater well. The baguettes are fresh and salad also. Love it !

We were collecting a magic bag from the store at around 430pm on Friday 31st March.
The staff were very rude and dismissive. I am not sure if it was because we were collecting a magic bag or because this is the usual standard of service but it was very unpleasant and I won't be going there again unless this improves significantly.

The staff responsible were 1 woman and 1 man I do not have their names.

Edit:
In response to the owners reply below, the magic bag was collected from the Excel centre location on Friday 31st March. We have the Magic Bag receipt to prove it.

An eye watering £7.99 for a baguette!! It was lovely please don’t get me wrong, but my lunch cost in total was £13.97 for two drinks, a baguette and a bag of crisps. I don’t know if this is because Star Wars Celebration was on but come on!!!

Went with the kids. Very busy place. Staff were very quick to serve us. We got our food and drinks in no time.

Decent cheese & ham sandwich, with no mayo or anything distracting for a fussy child. ;-) Fast service and price acceptable for a conference centre. Coffee and cookies were OK as well. A decent option all in all.
