Location is the only good thing.. room service and staff to improve…. Need to call 100 times before getting anything done.
Breakfast too not a great spread..

Overall ok for a quick stay considering rates.

Good price.
Nice spacious rooms
Service can be more efficient
Buffet was a bit hot and cold.
Swimming pool is not enough for full length swim. Gym equipment are broken.
Overall good stay here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot praise the reception staff, Jai and Pranav, enough for their outstanding hospitality and genuine warmth. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they set the tone for an incredible stay with their exceptional service.

They efficiently handled my check-in process, making it seamless and hassle-free.

What truly impressed me about Jai and Pranav was their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I had booked 2 standard rooms but since the rooms were on different floors, they upgraded 1 room to studio free of cost so that we can have 2 rooms next to each other.

Furthermore, their warm and friendly personalities created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. It was evident that they genuinely cared about each guest's experience and took pride in their roles as ambassadors of the hotel. Their exceptional customer service skills were matched by their genuine kindness and approachability.

I would like to express my gratitude to Jai and Pranav for their unwavering dedication to creating a memorable experience for guests. Their passion for their work and commitment to exceeding expectations left a lasting impression on me.

The reception staff is appalling. I’ve never come across such rude hotel staff. We canceled our booking after trying to deal with these people for an hour. Didn’t even make it to the room. Well done for setting such a low standards. Wish there was a rating for less than one star. Couldn’t even help us in a weather emergency.

I think one can get good vaule of his spent here, as compared to surrounding the offer more affordable prices, and care. Rooms spent of old style but the are maintaining well, as well its provides good space. staff are having good behaviour and friendly nature. Anyways it depends on guest and their prioritises, I will recommend it mostly for those who are inside uae ???????? and want to do outing or time off from work, for them, it might be best & reasonable option.

Clean and tidy based on the lobby.
Have parking lot...

A very good hotel to have a stay in. The good part is nice rooms. Bathrooms have leaking pipes making floors wet and slippery. Negative point of the hotel is that its ot a peaceful place to live in. The hotel has about 10 clubs so having a good night sleep generally creates problem. I prefer top floors for room booking as in lower floors we can hear music sound all night long. Location is also not very appealing. Its located at far end of Fujaireh from beach.
