It’s good here, interior is stylish. Service was fast and polite. Desserts and coffee are good.

I went there on New Year's eve and had the worst experience ever. I understand it was crowded a bit but I sat there for over 40 mins and called over 5 servers, yet no one wanted to take our order. I even went up to the counter to call someone but they were so rude to us. It's not like they all were super busy some were just walking around inside and laughing with each other. I didn't even bother trying anything because I knew it was going to take ages. I'm very disappointed because I like the aesthetics of the Cafe and the seating but the service ruined it. I don't recommend it honestly!

Ordered a flat white. The coffee was great but they served me with a broken cup. And I informed the worker about it

The place is pretty but the service is so bad I order a cold brew and it toke them more than 20 min to bring it ????????

Drinks were okay. Desserts were good as well. Amazing location. Design is good.

However, it was all ruined by the very poor customer service! The staff were arguing on who to serve us and upon serving, we needed to ask for a few things like tissues, etc. they were all inside talking to one another and laughing rather than looking at their customers if anyone needs anything. The same happened when I wanted to pay the bill, I had to stand up to go and pay the bill rather than them paying attention to these small important details.

I really do hope the management pays attention to these reviews in order to save the business and the brand!

On behalf of my nephew, age 7 - Great head teacher, very simple learning, really good food, larger pencil cases and drawers would be better.
