I do not recommend starting a business on it. Very strict and not slow on processes. Many emails with no real work

Creative City is an Amazing Freezone with an Incredible team that always go the extra mile to meet its client's requests. I can truly say that the level of customer support provided exceeds all our expectations. A real pleasure to deal with the whole team. A special thanks to Karen and Erika for always making our projects come alive, to Sonia for being very efficient in handling our admin requests in no time and Nada for helping us with the visas.
Last by not least the wonderful Randa to whom our team is extremely grateful. She handles all our stressful visa requests, all our urgent emails, always with a super positive attitude. She is fully committed, always delivers, never disappoints – a delightful person to work with. Thank you so much Creative City team – you are THE BEST

Wouldn’t recommend this company as it is one of the worst experience I ever had over the past 15 years in this beautiful country, I approached this company to provide a live in maid and they provided few profiles to select from and they were follow up and push through txt and calls like no one until I selected one and the gentleman told me to meet at his office in Dubai to pay then the maid will be at our place the day after, I sent him few questions to check with the maid and he said she is fine with all your needs, just come and pay, next day I went and I found out it was not an office, they rented a room in a working station and he didn’t even show up and another lady came to take my signature and to collect the money…..still fine!!, the next day I kept waiting for around 2-3 hours with no updates or no responses to my messages then they finally call and informed that my maid will be at your home in 20 minutes then after an hour another lady came alone with her bag and entered, I kept calling with no answers then finally I received the response that your maid will be available after 15 days!!!!!!, I don’t think I need to mention anymore and I have all discussions documented, they took 7000 derhams almost 2 months ago and they didn’t deliver what they promised and they refused to return back the money and stop answering and we have to start a legal approach so be careful before paying them your money

I had some long term issue with my Visa due to some personal reasons. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Randa Alisawi at Fujairah Creative City, and I must say, she went above and beyond to assist me with resolving my visa issues. From the very first moment, she showed a genuine interest in helping, and her dedication & professionalism made the whole process a lot less stressful.
I am incredibly grateful to Ms. Randa for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs assistance at Fujairah Creative City. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that my problem was taken care of, and I am deeply appreciative of her efforts.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Randa and the entire team at Fujairah Creative City, and I cannot thank them enough for giving me a fresh start.
