“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dibba mountain park , and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction especially Sama on the front desk. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. and I can’t wait to return to van on my next visit. Highly recommended!”

While exploring Dibba we came across this new hotel/adventure park. Met at the gate by lovely staff we were given a brief tour of the grounds which seemed well équiped including a pool and a suite perched on top of a large hill made with shipping containers. The cafe is lovely and served home made deserts. They are clearly very new and working out some minor kinks, but I imagine this becoming a popular spot on the near future.

Our stay in DMP was good however, we believe that this destination will be excellent in winter. The children enjoyed the activities and swimming pool. Staffs were friendly and welcoming.
Chalet was ok but the door very hard to open and width was very small also the sunlight enters the room from dressing room which was not comfortable in the morning. We preferred that breakfast to be buffet method but the food was good since there is no more people were there considering summer and weekdays period.
As overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was an experience and exploring new location.
Thank you for all staffs who served us.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been too. I could go on and on but this is the list of how terrible the hotel was
- all the “ activities “ like the zip line and rock climbing where a joke and where not as advertised.
- door of the room was 2 ft wide
- no access to beach
- the workers nag on you
- they tried to charge use 30 dollars for a towel that they claimed was dirty, as if it’s not there job to clean them
- breakfast was absolutely terrible they bring u a small meal and demand you yo give back the tray after like 20 minutes, the workers just are terrible
- bottom line this hotel 100% just want to make money and try to scam you, they don’t care at all about your experience

The place is great, you can do activities like zipline and others , also the staff are very accomodating and approachable. It was a great experience. We will come back again.

We booked two rooms for 2 families.
Surprisingly, all entrance doors to the rooms are extremely narrow and for an average person he's going to walk side by side in order to enter the room.

TV does not work. When we asked for someone to assist to get the TV working they said staff is still working on configuring the hotel TV's .... Never worked.

Showers has no soap holder.

Bathroom has no towel holder.

Shower design almost open to the bathroom, you will definitely see a flooded bathroom when you take a shower. Both rooms had flooded bathroom because of the shower design. We had to use the shower towels to avoid slipping on the floor.

When checked out they want to charge us 100 dirhams for a single dirty towel because it's been on the floor. They expect you to do their laundry or pay penalty for a dirty towel. The only way to avoid this charge was to take the discussion to a legal level and ask them to show the contract that we signed if it mentions that.

I never seen an incompetent management and untrained staff like in this place.

Don't order from the restaurant and ask to charge to your room bcs they demand to pay cash.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Legacy Cafe, located within the stunning Dibba Mountain Park Hotel. From the moment I stepped foot in the cafe, I was impressed by the ambiance and warm atmosphere. The beautiful mountain views combined with the cozy interior created a truly delightful dining experience.

Let's start with the pastry & specialiy coffes tiramisu and sapnish latte is my all time favorite

However, what truly set Legacy Cafe apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the manager, Mr. Niroshan. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Niroshan made us feel welcomed and attended to our every need. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests. Mr. Niroshan's knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, further enhancing our dining experience.

The entire staff at Legacy Cafe was attentive, polite, and professional. They were quick to respond to any requests or inquiries, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The seamless coordination and efficiency of the service were truly impressive, reflecting the high standards set by the management.

Overall, Legacy Cafe at Dibba Mountain Park Hotel surpassed my expectations. The food and beverages were of exceptional quality, with a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. However, it was the outstanding service, particularly the efforts of Mr. Niroshan, that made this dining experience memorable. I highly recommend Legacy Cafe to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience amidst breathtaking natural surroundings

As an opening, it was in general okay, we had a fun time there, the food was delicious, the variety was good, mr.faraj did a great job in the restaurant, as well as Abdul Hameed who managed in al baha restaurant professinally & with a good attitude..
Receptionsts were helpful alot especially Rebecca & Sama they tried their best in making our stay smooth. Keep your smile..
