We booked on the campsite had planned on 1 night but loved it so much we stayed for 2. Stuart, the manager, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The views are stunning, and the area is peaceful. We will certainly return and highly recommend it to anyone travelling around Scotland in a caravan or camper.

This isn’t strictly a review about boat hire nor fishing. We didn’t do either on our short 2 nite visit. We stayed here as it has a Caravan and Motorhome club certified location attached to it. We used it as a 2 nite stay before moving on to the north coast. It’s a beautiful location right on Lock Earn. We’re seriously thinking of doing a week long stay next April we loved it so much. We even got to whiteness 500 new fish being introduced to the loch which was quite interesting. The site itself is superb and very spacious. There nice toilet and shower block which is shared with others. Not general public but people using Drummond Estate boat hire or fishing. Wasn’t a problem for us as it was out of season and very quiet. But it wouldn’t put us off. A great CL and I imagine great boat hire and fishing also. ????

Great value for money for hiring a small boat for a spin or fishing at the loch. The guy we spoke with was so helpful (talked to us about camping as we were interested to come back in the summer). Highly recommended

We stayed for 3 nights on their motorhome and caravan club site and we loved it... Stewart the manager was brilliant he bent over backwards to be helpful and made you feel like we where welcome ... and adults no throwing rules at you as if we would immediately brake them .....so a nice chilled out 3 days with beautiful surroundings just perfect....all the amenities where clean and working as it should well done Stewart... we will be back

Review of campsite associated with location (CAMC CL).
Great location right on the banks of Loch Earn. Facilities good, (shower and toilet,M&F) but not exclusive use as shared with boat owners and fishermen. Friendly welcome and good info when requested. Lots of space available around pitch to spread out and aid privacy. There is access to the Loch side albeit only a small area of the shore. Abundant wildlife, both otters and Osprey seen from the Loch side along with usual wildfowl selection including Goosander and Merganser. Good disused railway line within easy access which gives walking access to Lochearnhead and I believe St Fillans at the other end of the Loch. Would recommend

Great place to fish, wild camp and have a wee fire on the shore. Shame people leave a mess behind them. We spent first hours picking up rubbish left from others.... enjoy yourselves but please keep scotland tidy.
