I do appreciate what you did. My bad that I booked the hotel day before my stay but you did something unbelievable. I know my stay is is going to be more exciting and absolutely amazing. Thanks for helping me out.

Friendly staffs but need improvement on communication between departments and supervisors. Been having issues with Housekeeping after countless time explaining our schedule for room cleaning and laundry services due to night shift work timing.

To be honest this is my first time experiencing such bad laundry service procedure for a reputable chain hotel of all the hotel I have stayed. The usual practice for many hotels are laundry collected before 9am will be delivered on the same day but not the case for my stay here. Laundry was not collected even after 12noon.

I have to make calls daily to request pick up and to call again to ask for delivery status. Follow up was done by front desk after to clarify our request after countless complaints but unfortunately nothing changed ,no proper handover and communication between staffs and department. Request was not delivered as per communicated.

But overall the hotel facilities are good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Hope the team will improve on their internal communication, SOPs and to put more effort & attention to your guests needs especially towards long stay guest on business trip.

The place exceeded our expectations. From the Welcome at the reception, the service, the quality of Rooms,the breakfast buffet, everything was par excellence. We were upgraded to a suite for 2 days , provided with cookies upon arriving, Welcome snacks provided to our room and were taken care of to the last detail. On both the days for breakfast the chef met us during breakfast to check if we were satisfied with everything. The food spread was good and they have a wide range of cuisines. The in-room dining experience could probably be made better. The receptionists were all quite helpful. The life guard at the pool was teaching our child swimming tricks and was impressive as well. The gym was also amazing. Clean rooms, great people and great food. What more can one ask for!

My recent stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm and friendly service that made me feel truly valued (Thank you Liana & Vikram). The room was stunning, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and attentive waitstaff. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety was impressive. I highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City for an unforgettable stay!

My overall experience was very satisfying. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They quickly checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and services.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom was also spotless and had plenty of towels and toiletries.

One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet that included fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a variety of pastries and bread. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it.

Throughout my stay, the hotel staff was attentive and responsive to any requests or questions I had. They made me feel valued as a guest and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel location is a major advantage. Has a mall next to the hotel. Also, City Centre Fujairah is about 7 to 10 mins away. The pool is a bit small but the hotel is very clean with cozy vibes. I would like to add that the service from all staff starting from the Concierge, front desk, servers, chefs were all so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here.

Nice place in the heart of Angel where you can sit and relax under sunshine with a cup of coffee. Plenty of benches on the ground floor and the 1st floor.
