One Of Worst Experience I Had with this bank,Very Bad It is.So many Hidden Charges there,Whatever whichever they're reducing money,somewhat they took little little amounts,I did a very big blended Mistake took a loan from them now i'm suffering. just now i little bit relaxed regarding my last 2 months installments,when i call them today ask how much if i prepaid the installments they added extra 2275 for late fee charge what the hell is this i don't know. what 2 do i did a mistake and now i have to face everything. so be aware of while you taking loan or credit card read the terms&conditions fully if u satisfied with that go for it. unless u didn't read that things u have to suffer like me.Don't Believe blindly the agents words and make a sign,i did like that now i'm suffering. Thank You

Excellent service from EIB staffs. Specially from the Teller Department we are having a daily business with the Eimirates islamic bank and get excellent service

The worst bank ever! No system, no communication. And no matter how many times u call, you will never get the answer for your question. I had an open complain for more than 3 weeks, no one ever called me. Cant wait to change my bank

I went for a service to change the signature and the phone number and I’ve been told that It’ll last most probably two working days (it was urgent) and it has been two weeks since I’ve went to them and nothing happened till now and I’m currently in the bank to see what kind of service they are working with.
