The staff has not customer service skills. The appartment was basic and dark. The kitchen's equipment was poor and old. The best was washing machine for cloths. The balcony and all the Windows were dusty. There were no gym and sauna which were mentioned on Internet. Some reception staff did not know about this town destinations and there was no map.

Well If I compare with conventional 3 star or 4 star then may be ESHA would be less in offering all the facilities but overall It is a good choice specially if you are staying with family.
Yes the carpet on the floor needs to be replaced and Bathrooms are smelly though neat and clean.

Shown pictures of the rooms doesn't match with the existing rooms.
Pictures maybe taken short after opening of the hotel.
5th floor is ok but the furniture is damaged everywhere. Has to be replaced as soon as possible.
AC's on the balkony very very noisy.
4th floor is ok as well.... furniture us in good conditions. For the monthly costs of nearly 8000AED you'll find better hotels in Fujairah.
For me the most important point.... all rooms have a kitchen.
Ok... dishes are not so nice, specially pods and pans are used since many years.... should be replaced.
Staff of the hotel is very kindly.... room cleaning is ok....

But for me..... only 3 stars worth!

It's an old hotel apartment but you can surely find it satisfying for the money you pay.. It offers a very good atmosphere for family and friends. It has a roof top swimming pool and very near to nice restaurants

One of the worst hotel apartment, I have been too. No cleanliness, very where it’s dirty. It’s awful. Upholstery of the sofa were dirty, torn out. Not worth the money.

Good location opposite choitram fujairah. Budget hotel..very poor uphoserly and walls.Sofa in my apartment was torn and dirty.window AC is provided.Lobby was maintained neat.very basic kitchen plates and tumblers provided.Furnishing poor.service OK.

The building needs a proper refurbishment from the inside. The air con also needs maintenance. The staff are friendly. The corridors needs more lighting.

Why does the Cupar pharmacy never answer the phone? 2 hours one day and still chasing the next. It rings and then someone appears to take the phone off the hook! This is for urgent medication after major surgery and we do not live close. I frankly am appalled!

The pharmacist had a covid mask that was darker than a fire back. The staff were unhelpful. Medication not there on time. When collected it was someone else's. All staff have an attitude problem even swore under their breath to an elderly person who left the shop. Aged vomit present on the floor. Not a good experience. Totally unprofessional and down right rude. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible , prescriptions are never ready, or lost. Staff have a terrible attitude too.

I have tried to contact this Pharmacy for a whole day with no joy. Why will they not answer their phone
So if you are referred there by your GP good luck.

I had been on holiday and had forgotten some of my medication when I went here and explained my situation they were very helpful and contacted my doctor so they were able to give me my prescription which was a god send very professionally handled
