I happen to visit Emirates Transport today, and it was not good experience as far as customer service is concerned. No one at the premises knows what they are suppose to be doing. I was sent back to Muroor office two times as people at Emirates Transport didn't know, how to open file for company. I walked back to Muroor office. All day was wasted.

I don't know if I will be helped in the end but at least they were very nice. Wasif service was great and he had empathy for the situation and he took his time to help me and let me feel comfortable. Always good to have a person like this in a stressful situation.
