Would absolutely recommend this company for your cruise parking. Staff are friendly and the service is fantastic. Arrived at the port bang on time and was in our car driving home after arriving at the terminal in about 15 minutes.

Used for a week-long cruise holiday in April. Forgot to book parking via cruise and when realised it was too late and all full. Initially was nervous in using being an independent business and some negative reviews and the fact they take the car key - have heard some scary experiences!

Booked since majority of reviews was positive. Can highly recommend Penguin Parking. Everything went as per plan. Hardly any delays and on arrival we were asked to call for pick-up but for our luck there was a van at terminal which we were able to use. One of our friends cruising in July and have already recommended Penguin.

One reviewer has commented their vehicle was moved. Yes, mine was also moved. Reason being you park on arrival in a way to make things easy to take luggage and by no means we were asked to park in a 'proper' parking area. So they have moved after our departure and was parked in an easy to drive away location upon arrival. I took note of the mileage when parking and before driving away after holidays and just 0.1 mile was done. Also checked on my app whilst in cruise and it was where I parked.

Staff was all elderly but they were very efficient and friendly, highly recommend!

Great service. Very helpful staff, in particular their site staff yevonne and the drivers. When our cruise ship was in North Sea on our way back to Southampton, I tried to text them our disembarkation time etc but without sucess due to no mobile signal on my phone. I then sent them an email using the ship's WIFI, hoping that would work. I was really amazed that their office staff Helen even replied my email at 4.30am!
I would definitely use their service again when we go cruising from Southampton. Penguin Cruise Parking is highly recommended.

Just used Penguin Parking for the first time. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.
Will definitely be using again on my next cruise sailing from Southampton.

We’ve just disembarked Iona this morning . We booked the cruise fairly last minute and there were no CPS parking available so booked with Penguin . So well organised and easy . We pulled up , our cases were loaded into the minibus and we were taken straight to the luggage drop off . No queueing in the car at the port . We self disembarked Iona and came out to pouring rain . We were supposed to ring Penguin at that point but a van was there with just 2 passengers and the driver took us in that one and made the phone call for us . We were driven round to where we’d left the car , handed our keys and we were away . Will definitely use again

Easy to find opposite IKEA.We’ve used Penguin Parking 5 times and what I like about them is that they drive their vehicle up to yours and put your luggage in the back and then drop it off at the terminal and at mayflower terminal twice I didn’t have to touch the luggage and on return they pick you up within 10 minutes after making a phone call they take the luggage from the trolley and put in their vehicle and at the car pound they stop by your vehicle and unload it for you, so no pushing a trolley across a bumpy car park like with some of the companies

Very happy with the service, was unsure especially as there were negative reviews posted but needed parking for the duration of a cruise. It was easy, staff were friendly and our vehicle was fine. Having used the cruise terminal parking and then sat in queues trying to get out on two previous occasions struggling with the cases to get to your vehicle, this was a breeze. Out quickly having been picked up in the mini bus. Just remember to contact them via the card you are given so they know you are waiting.
