The best place, as the owner has done a great done by the selection and making process.

The Cashier is stealing money.

Its happened multiple times within 15mins.

Time: 5:33pm

Upon Entry, I witness the place was busy, with 1 lady cashier behind the desk, about 5 men behind the serving counter and 1 lady packing staff. There were about 7 to 8 other customers waiting for their orders or/and about to give in the order.

After placing the order, I witnessed the cashier charged AED 5 extra to a customer even when I heard the man behind the serving customer clearly mentioned another amount.

Note: The bills are generated, as there is a machine, but the place was very busy and most customers while I was there did not take the bills including myself.

Similar incident happened with the next customer and it happened with me as well. When I order was ready and packed, I was asked my the server behind the counter to pay AED 50.

However the lady behind the serving counter asked the cashier to charge me AED 55.

I reconfirmed with the person who made my order, and he confirmed its for AED 50, yet again the lady wanted to charge me AED 55.

Upon asking the cashier why she is charging me higher, She mentioned because the place is busy.

If the Owner is watching this, kindly take action.

Today, I personally was in a hurry, or else i would have set things straight for good.

To the Owner:- I am born and raised in Fujairah, living here since 1985, I really did not like the staff taking advantage of a busy crowd and charging them higher than what the price is.

I tried kunafa and baklava. Although, baklava is little expensive, it is worth every penny due its rich pistachio mix. Well, kunafa was just yum. :)

Good food but terrible service. We arrived at the café at around 13:00 today (Saturday 31 July) and quickly found a table, it wasn't busy. Food is ordered and paid for online or on a digital screen at the café but if you want a drink you have to get it yourself. The food, when it arrived, wasn't bad at all. I had the southern fried chicken with chips, and my partner had the chicken and avocado salad. I've attached pictures of these separately but I've added them to the review for obvious reasons. My meal was nice enough but the chicken portion was pretty small. My partner said hers was also good. The issue was the wait/ customer service. No one said there was any wait but it took 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It was only when I expressed my dissatisfaction that I was told the wait was 40 minutes and our tables had been mixed up. Nothing was offered as an apology and we quickly left to do our shopping. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're not hungry yet, or at least check with someone what the wait time is when ordering.

Incredibly slow food service. It doesn't take 40 mins to cook pasta. Chips not cooked enough! Only about 8 other people in here so not busy. Server 'wasn't sure' if they had a teaspoon. It's a cafe for crying out loud ????

Food portion on the small side. However, milkshakes were brilliant.

Edit: wrote my review before look at others. Shocking that after several months/years of the same problems that nothing has changed. Won't be revisiting.

After years of not being at Malvern cafe I'm so disappointed with the state it is in now. Tables full of dirty dishes, tray racks full of dirty dishes, 25 mins waiting for food and food that quite frankly I could have made better at home. We ordered two full English breakfast which arrived just warm enough to eat and cold toast. When ordering we asked for one breakfast to have no beans and an extra tomato instead as beans don't agree with my partner. We were told we couldn't swap and changed the menu. The only reasonable thing was the cup of tea. So if you want a good meal I recommend finding a proper cafe. At least you will be able to eat in a clean environment.

Sunday morning breakfast, ordered & paid digitally. No cups for the drinks. Paid for hot chocolate which spit out hit milk, twice, ended up with a cappuccino. Plenty of available tables but all filthy m either old trays of food left in them or covered in cup stains and crumbs. Cone on Morrisons, basic hygiene get those tables clean enough to eat off.

Ordered a full breakfast it came and the only thing warm on the plate were the sausages!!! Helped myself to cutlery but the whole pot of knives and fork looked and felt grubby!! Had to get hot water to dip and clean them before using !!! Had my grandson with me and had to wipe the highchair clean too!!! It looks like the whole cafe could do with a deep clean !!! Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Disappointing food quality, toastie very poor, ordered ham toastie & got cheese toastie that took quite a while to arrive. Staff friendly and trying their best but poor coordination & food quality.

Went to Morrison's cafe recently. Very disappointed with service & meal. Ordered five meals. One for myself, four more for grandchildren. Only four meals arrived.! The person who took order did not order what I asked for. We got four meals, & my grandaughter then had to wait 15minutes for her meal. None of the children ate their meals , chicken nuggets, chips & beans. The chips were overcooked, & the nuggets. The two beefburgers & chips also got left. Burgers were like leather. ! Waste of money, we then had to go & get food elsewhere.

Really poor experience today, breakfast 31/01/22. Sausages were burnt and we were told that there was no alternative as they had all come out of the oven like that.... No sauce offered and when I went to the counter to ask for some was told that the server would bring me sauce but no one came. We didn't wait too long but the food wasn't very hot. Overall not worth £5.95 each because the Sausages were inedible.
