The staff should focus on the people doing workouts , because like some gyms they focus too much on the people working out , here ive noticed no coach is available they all will be in room and no one will focus for the girls + no motivation .. please we pay money not for machines only , to get best results.

The best ever ladies only Fitness centre. The highlight of this centre is it has regular one-hour classes like Zumba, Tabata, Kickboxing, LBT, Burn 360. This one hour of excercise will definitely burn huge calories than using machines. We can book the slots through the app for the daily classes. I am cent percentage satisfied????

I’ve had an injury and provided the gym with all the paperwork they requested in February. It’s October now and no one bothered to take my issue seriously. 7 months to process a client’s problem? Not so professional I’m afraid.

Excellent Gym, kind staff, organized timings and creative trainers especially Zhasa, really she makes workout just pure enjoyment. Thanks to all staff for their support and always smiley faces.

Less equipped, nothing for adductors, temperature is too low can’t sweat.. that’s why no desirable results., no good resistance bands..
