Rooms smells smoky and smoking smell easily gets through the vents from other smoker rooms. Rooms are really noisy because of the multiple night clubs in the same building across three floors and you can clearly hear the music beats through the walls. Totally unsatisfied experience, and do not recommend it for anyone.

The hotel could be better, reasonable rates.
Found cockroach in our bed, changed rooms, next day asked for housekeeping, came back, room was not cleaned properly, even left the dirty spoons unchanged, toilet paper leftover on the bathroom counter, no water bottles, very bad serving ce. Had to call the hotel manager to show him the awful service done.

We had a very good stay in the hotel. The receptionist was very nice to us and she upgraded the room for us too . She was very kind and helpful .
The only thing I didn't like about the room was the ac . Sometimes it's way too cold and sometimes it's very hot cause the ac is centralised and you don't have access to control the ac of your room. The rooms are really good and beautiful but the window needs to be cleaned . We got the city view for the room but we hardly saw the city through the window cz it was not clear cz of the dirt outside, rather than that everything was very good especially the service is amazing

I stayed in 2 bed room. Sharing the room with a coworker. Asked for an extra keycard, but the receptionist insisted that they cannot give it to us because the old keycard will not work anymore. They lied. Another coworker manage to make them give her an extra keycard. And both works. Such novelty things, and yet they would lie. Even after I offer a deposit for the extra keycard. They still wouldn’t give it to me. But when its a woman asking for it, its a different story. Because there’s only one key, me and my roommate had to be on standby whenever any one of us was out and need to enter the room

The laundry was ok. We get 3pcs free laundry per day. I had to put in extra laundry the other day because their sink cant hold water. So I can’t wash my own stuffs. For a hotel that charge 9aed for underpant laundry, you would think their system can handle 2 keycard to be activated at the same time

Perfect hotel room, very clean room and very clean washrooms too. Everything is new in this hotel. Service is also very good. Probaly the best hotel room within budget in Fujairah.

Things that i didnt like here were, the front desk team. Specially the indian female receptionist who was not professional at her job. She never welcomed us and did not give the friendly smile the guests would like to have.

Rest everything was good about this hotel.

A new hotel near the sea. We had a fantastic view of the sea and the area from our room on the 11th floor,
Big room,good bed and mattresses,big bathroom and all the amenities in place.
Great staff, the lady and gentleman at reception were very friendly and professional, very reasonable rates too..
The bar on the 1st floor was very good. We had a superb fresh fruit salad and Corona lager, the lady from Ethiopia who served us very friendly.
We did not enjoy the visit of the Southern India restaurant on the ground floor.The food was ok but overpriced.
We also had a superb oil massage by Thai girls in the spa area.
Stay in this hotel if you are in Fuzeirah.

The building is nice and credit should go to people who own it. Fortis Hotel has zero customer service. They tend to make false promises to guests, which is very odd in hotel business. And avoid going to any of their clubs as they are also owned by the hotel and they go to extreme lengths to earn from clubs even if customer happiness is at stake.

Not great hotel
Washroom was dirty
Room beside us dor was open tv was laud
Sounds was going to other room
DNDLight was not working
Windows was super dirty
Dont pay for breakfast for 4star hotel not acceptable with only 4 item for breakfast!! You
I give them 1 star because of them servise only! And staffs i can give them 5start but for hotel 1 also if extra.
