Very rude staff, will move here and there and will not even listen if you have weared shalwar qameez. Even I asked very politely I dont know what is the problem with these people. Its not first time experience.

This is the first time i saw a hardware shop like a supermarket. I hope if anything not available in FGT means it will be not available in Fujairah.

FGT is an outlet which I visit frequently. The experience was awesome, as always. Their range of quality products with genuine price tag is the major attraction. Attitude of each staff comforts us, as they are very much approachable. All the very best FGT!!

I've only given 1 star purely to remind them of the need for 100% customer satisfaction. If your transaction goes fine and the product is as it should be then it is a great hardware store. If this is not the case (like with me today) then you might receive appaling or no service. Very disappointed. I asked to speak to owners and was told by the manager they are not interested in speaking to me!!!!!!!
