Great friendly, helpful service. We used for a pre and post cruise service. Both times we adjusted the timings slightly. This just was not an issue and was dealt with in such a helpful, friendly manner. Clean car and professional driver. Top notch.

Upon constant contact and requesting pre payment at an event they eventually cancelled our booking and deleted messages from WhatsApp showing their confirmation. Thankfully Uber sorted us out because Southampton Taxis were utterly unprofessional.

Booked a cab from Radstock rd to earls rd bevous valley late afternoon costing £20. Got a cab from another taxi company back to Radstock late evening costing under £10. Not having taken a cab there before I didn't know how much it should be or I would of questioned the hight price. Lesson learned don't use them.

Incredibly amazing service. The best EVER Taxi service I have used. Extremely friendly and well communicated Driver (Rahman), very efficient timing and service! Amazing notice and communication with the driver. Worth every penny. Thank you very much for making my journeys to Southampton amazing!

Needed a ride to our hotel from Coach station told it would be at least 30 minutes. Got an Uber in 2 minutes. Took me more time to download the uber app. The getting the uber.

Amazing taxi service helped me all the way back to London, driver was AMAZING my daughter cried at lot during the ride home and the driver was extremely calm and patient. I can't rate this service highly enough. Will 100% use again when in Southampton.

£40 pounds to get home to Botley from Southampton casino.. only as I'm getting home..it was £20 pounds to start with.. ....what a rip off.. Only £22 pounds more expensive than an uber.. I whish I had walked home now.. I will never use this company again... At least wear a mask when you rip people off.. I would give you no stars.. But it wouldn't let me..ps it said Southampton taxi on the cab.. Not a Hackney.. So don't give me that it was another cab company.. Stay away from them... Never again.. Keep away or they will take your cash.... ... ????????????????????????????????
