Located on corniche road, this outlet among many others lets you take quick grab on the go specially on the evenings, cheap and portion served as per the price..

Some staff just hate human interaction. The costa machine in the shop did not print out the receipt, so I needed someone to help. The staff at the till just pointed towards the self-checkout till without saying anything and giving an unfriendly look. Some staff are nice and work professionally, but this place just lack of standards.

Thursday 29th December. Elderly gent collapsed outside and I fell when trying to catch him. Sainsburys staff were exemplary in their assistance in calling ambulance, finding warm jackets to keep me from freezing while lying flat on pavement and providing hot coffee for free. Thank you Sainsburys staff.

Conveniently placed, but why does it always smell so bad in there? Thought it was someone's BO but it's the whole store, especially near the back.

I have been visiting this Sainsbury's Local branch for 2 years. It has everything you need for your day-to-day needs; exceptions are very limited. Definitely recommend shopping here for added comfort since this branch is located on the busy Burgess road and is very close to the University of Southampton.

Been going here for many years but yesterday had a bad experience I'm a fully disabled lady struggling more then ever and feeling very frightened I wouldn't go out if I could order on line but know chance of that so I got out once a week so I can get bits but I got to have my cousin with me as he is mine and my dad carer at the moment I cant carry a basket it was a shame I had to be questioned and ask where his badge was not all carers have one . Please consider disabled and edly more .
