Most relaxing place I have visited,scenery was outstanding.

The cottage is in the most amazing location right on the waterfront of Loch Goil. The cottage is clean with a great kitchen and comfortable living room with panoramic windows overlooking the Loch. The views are spectacular and we were treated to seeing two whales leaping out of the water right in front of the cottage.
It is in need of some TLC especially in the bathroom where the shower is pretty poor and in need of modernisation.
The garden area also needs attention as it is quite overgrown and the steps down to the shore are rotted away and dangerous although this has clearly been noticed as they have locked the gate leading to the steps.
It wouldn’t take a great deal of effort to make this cottage absolutely amazing.
Overall we had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend Westering Cottage.
