Quick service with affordable fares. They follow the system and notify you immediately with the cab number, model and also notify you once the cab is nearing your pick up location. Sometimes the wait time could exceed than expected during busy hours but they honestly tell you your wait time in advance before you make a booking.

Very rude operators. Half hour late and put the phone down on you. They cancel jobs to when its prayer time instead of not accepting jobs. Some drivers are the scruffiest people I've seen aswell spitting out of windows and stuff.

Booked a taxi and they charged extra because I paid via card and than said taxi on the way and when I checked again it says 6 minutes away, didn't arrive in 6 minutes and called them and the computer system said 20 minutes away. I called the operator and he was rude and lied saying 10 minutes when the cab didn't arrive. Do yourself a favor and do not book this cab company as time is worth more than money.

Waited over an hour for cab to be told another 20 mins, taxi was only supposed to be 15 mins when ordered, utter disgrace

Wht a pathetic service ..my daughter had appointment with dentist at 12pm she was in pain and had fever..i booked service for 11 30 n caled them a few times everytime they informed me car will arrive in next 15mints ..n 10mints ..after 1hour it arrived ,reached dentist at 12 40..i told driver .u r late kindly drive fast..n he said its not my fault.

Waste of time tell u 10 min then 20 mins later still no show so give them a call again say 10 mins. Don't bother to use these again. Never on time even when booked in advance. ????????????

Telephone booking was straight forward, driver was on time in a decent vehicle. Manchester airport run cost £70 one way for 8 seater. I got an sms to confirm booking and phone call couple of hours before pickup.
4 stars as driver was not aware that we had luggage (although it was made clear at the time of booking) and I had to listened to his story all the way that his vehicle is not 'designed' for luggage and needed to charge me extra.

Pre booked on app for 1am New Years and received sms confirmation. Did not turn up and couldn’t call them kept getting recorded message. Waited 45 mins and booked a rival firm who did turn up. Will never use Max cabs again
