Orla runs the best veterinary practice that we have ever used, and we have lived up and down the UK.
We recently had to have our old border collie, Tess. put to sleep, and the compassion we were given was superlative. Tess passed peacefully. A candle was lit in reception asking visitors to speak softly and respect us during our loss. We were also sent a beautiful card and some forget-me-not seeds to scatter in remembrance of Tess.
Thank you, Orla and your team. I'm sure we'll be back. I have a gap in my heart in which I can squeeze a collie needing some love!

would highly recommend Orla, who owns the practice, she was really good with our cats and our anxious rescue dog!!

Best vets in the area, kind and compassionate with all my animals and most importantly I trust them. I can't recommend them highly enough

Rude and incompetent older female receptionist/manager. Avoid this over priced vet like the plague. I phoned up about rescheduling an appointment for my old cat and was repeatedly given appointments which were wrong. When i turned up she blamed me even though she was the one who game me the wrong appointment and tried to charge me for it. They didn’t even ask me my name. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Extremely bad experience. The sloppy receptionist lied and said my previous vets notes did not say any thing about my dogs on going eye condition and forced me to pay for a full consultation after a recent previous visit to the vet there. I later discovered from the vet the receptionist did infact have my previous notes. When i complained about being forced to pay for an unnecessary vet visit her elderly female colleague became extremely rude and ordered me out of the practice like she was the owner. Becareful choosing this practice because they will trick you into paying unnecessary over priced vet fees. I will not be going back. Incompetent receptionist and extremely rude older colleague.
