Phil is an absolute gentleman. He helped my sister and I check into our Airbnb, as I hadn't read the instructions correctly. He did it all with humour and kindness. Would definitely recommend Phils Cars and will use them at every opportunity in the future

Super super helpful and nice, 10/10 recommend! Got told that there were very few cabs running and didn't know how I was going to be able to get home. I called and asked if I was going to be able to get a lift home, he said he'd be able to in like 10-15 mins. He did say he took cash only, and took me to an atm before dropping me off so that id be able to pay. Chatty and pleasant, very nice guy and very professional.

Also knocked 15p off the journey to make it a round number which was very very nice of him, I am 100% recommending the guy should I need a cab again! Thank you for putting up with my tipsy rambling too! :D

Ordered taxi with Phil gave him over a hour notice said absolutely fine told him it was down to collect my medication & back so sit waiting as im disabled doesn't turn up as got a better offer where he could earn more, phoned him 5mins after pickup time answered makes out something wrong with phone unbelievable rudeness. DONT EVER USE THIS COWBOY HES A JOKE OF A DRIVER. This is how he treats disabled people so God only knows what he Treats others like.

Jumped right in at the last moment to drive us to London in terrible weather through the night so we could catch 6:30am flight!
Saved our holiday what a great guy highly recommended above and beyond.

Phil was a star! Professional and caring. My dad is on oxygen. Phil ensured he was safely in his seat both going to, and picking up from the restaurant. This included helping him into the car, and attaching the seat belt for him. We had scheduled a pick up on arrival at the restaurant. We finished early, and called to see if he could come but, he was already booked. We said we would wait. As soon as he could get back to us, he did. He walked in the restaurant 15 minutes before schedule, went straight over to help my dad who was tangled up in his coat. My dad has used a different taxi service for years. Dad requested I program Phil's number in his phone. Phil, you have a new repeat customer. Thank-you!

Well it’s not everyday you come across a special person, however my experience coming into contact with Phil was nothing short of outstanding.
My 17 year old son was training to become a royal marine at lympsone commando centre in Devon.
He had asked for a parcel to be sent to him from home in Lancashire some 250 miles away.
I sent the said parcel via dpd only for it to be messed up and end up at a drop off point away from the base.
Not knowing how my son was going to get it I came across Phil’s cars , after a long winded not everyday phone call Phil said he would collect it and take it to him.
After being turned away from the barracks Phil as now posted the bag back home to us.
All this and he won’t accept any money from me .
This guy is truly one of the good ones and we can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done.
Phil I will buy you that pint when we come down,
From me and my lad your my friend are a true gent.

Ignore any sour reviews, these guys are great.
