no response to emails or calls about the plaques, no update from the club, seems like its happened to numerous people, can't even log in to my account. Really, really poor & not at all what i've come to expect from Arsenal - extremely disappointed as these are sentimental for so many people.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a plaque as a tribute to my brother who passed away nigh-on nearly two years ago. Told it was likely to be going up in May, then June, then some vague point at the beginning of the 2022/2023 Premier League Season. Has that happened? Of course not. Tried repeatedly to get hold of the company behind this venture to find out what is going on. No reply from repeated emails and certainly no return call after leaving repeated messages. Wished I hadn't bothered now. Amateurish and shambolic. You'd think Arsenal Football Club would be more than a little concerned that they are in business with such an amateur organisation that basic customer service seems to be completely alien to them. I will be extremely surprised if the plaque that I have paid for ever finds its way to Celebration Corner.

Ordered a plaque in memory of my dad, who died in April 2021 aged 58. He would still have been 58 when we ordered it in May 2021. 18 months on, it's now November 2022, and he'd have been 60 for three months.

Previously we've been told it was going up in May. Then June. Then it was October, then it was before October, now they've just stopped answering the phone or replying to emails and nobody knows what's going on.

Considering these items are not only expensive, but personal, sentimental and emotive, I would expect at least some proactive communication from the club, some clarity, perhaps even an apology. Love supporting the team and that will never change, but the way this has been handled is not good enough.

Missed are 1st anniversary and birthday off the passing of a loved one why we thought it would be good idea to arrange to see the plaque and ordered 5-6months before these dates,

Absolute rio off scam artists bought a plaque in October 2021. Still await any plaque nothing happened did fob me off with a few emails now no answer and can't leave message total scam artists really upset no customer service or care at all.

1 year later still no plaque installed, no reply to emails and not able to get through via telephone. Terrible unprofessional service!
