Very disappointed in this store today. Someone in bakery area have not been doing there job right for last past 2 weeks has just check receipts and are pricing up doughnuts up for 12 pack not a 4 pack so I've paid more and can't get back down the store this week. The prices of some items not just going up in pence its going up in pounds like for example in pic skin on fries was always £1.50 now £3.40 how can you up that price in 1 week its not even funny asda is becoming a joke. Plus week before there was a dead fly in a cupcake box which wouldn't have got in there the box would have had to be open to get in there which is disgusting. Hope they sort staff and clean up store better

We are visiting from Bristol and iv got to be totally honest and say this Asda puts out local Whitchurch one to shame . The place was clean and fairly tidy, and had lots more to offer. Obviously updated as to our outdated store. The staff were busy putting out stock and didn't get in our way, but waited as we walked past (something the staff at our local one don't do ). Over all I was really impressed.
I work in retail and was impressed at so many things actually being priced and not many empty shelves..

Good parking and easy access, on entering store it is light and a friendly atmosphere.
There are household and children's items school stationery, cookware, Games and more to the left on entry.
Ahead of you is an escalator that will take you to the clothes range and household beding and lord knows what else. (typical male here????u200d♂️)
To get up there if disabled, to the rear of the escalator at the back of the store is a elevator for use.

Down on the ground level, you will find all the usual asda superstore fair. Fresh bread and bakery rear and far right. Great vegetable choice.
Opticians in store also, a café instore and a tabaconist/newsagent.
Toilets are instore also.

Saturday afternoon and the shelves are empty. Nobody out restocking and I'm now going to have to go to another supermarket.
I've literally been in the pizza queue for 30 minutes and there are still 3 customers in front of me and a massive queue behind. I've been told by an Asda employee that management have stopped more than one member of staff working behind the counter so now, even on busy days, there's only one making pizzas, absolutely disgraceful, poor woman was rushed off her feet.

One of the best ASDA around. Good range of everything. Fantastic clothes section for men. Great home and leisure department.

OK what with just-eat app... loads of things are not coming to loads of us.. is there a problem down there.. are drivers taking things out.. or you just don't care.

Disappointed with this store.
It's such a big store compared to lots of other Asda stores I've been in around the UK. Yet there stock levels are terrible, whenever I ask them for a product and its unavailable they tell me they are only a small store and that I should drive to Cardiff to a big store.
They run out of a product and told me it would be available next day, so I called up to save myself wasting 1 hour driving time. They told me it was not in stock and wouldn't be coming back in stock and that I should try a larger store.
Disappointing.

Rarely have everything I need in stock and on several occasions have tried to buy video games, only to be told at till not in stock despite plenty of cases on the shelf. I won't bother trying anymore.
