Good and big showroom, but most of the items are in the warehouse in sharjah, so it would take around 2 or 3 days to arrive

Bad customer service. The salesman in the bedding section ( 21/04/2023, 7:20pm) was not at all interested in helping us selecting the comforter set. He was busy in his phone checking vulgar photos.
I went away from there immediately and contacted another salesperson who helped me.
I urge the Fujairah Homecenter manager to look into this matter as it was a shocking experience.

Awesome varieties of fitted bedsheets, pillow covers, other home decor and furniture items. One can simply walk in and go back home with peace of mind as they have already finished shopping full home decor and furniture by the time they walk out.

super unhelpful, incapable and deceiving customer service!!!
giving untruthful updates and promises, not delivering anything (one decoration was missing in my online order) and after 2 weeks of doing nothing they still say "we are working on it"
i don't need christmas decoration AFTER Christmas!!!!!!
useless and disappointing, will never order from them again!!
strongly not recommend!!!
