Had a long wait of almost an hour to get the food served after we placed the dine-in lunch order. The Kerala special meals and Kerala Nasrani non veg lunch meals was found to be a bit bland. It would have been better with a bit more salt and spices. The presentation of both these meals were nice. The squid coconut roast was well done, aptly spiced. The chicken biryani we ordered was also a bit low on salt and spice.

Its was a good experience. Service and customer care is better than what we get in high5 restaurants in Dubai. Buffet for AED41 is worth. Hammor fish curry in Buffet was good. We also ordered chicken biriyani, which was ok. We had better in UAE. THALI was super, especially comes on "golden plate" looks grand. Also, payasam was nice. The waitresses who serve us was very polite.

Very bad food and service. We ordered nasrani sadya and veg sadya both were bad. Rice was having foul smell and chicken was directly took from fridge and served.chicken was chilled when they served.
If a little more customers were there, they were not able to handle . Everything took too much time to serve.they don't have much dishes and juices also . When we ordered water melon juice, lot of water added and not good. Really bad experience. It was exactly the opposite of what we expected.

Food is acceptable. Biryani was not good
Grilled fish amazing
Garlic shrimps very tasty
Pasta is good
Burger was not made of fresh meat, it was frozen meat
The morning staff are very helpful and active, special thanks to Mr. Abu Tahir who was very welcoming attentive and kind with everyone, his positive attitude made us forget about our bad experience with the night staff during our stay in the hotel.

Very expensive. Not meet to the item and quantity. Achayan meal is 35 only a small fish and small mini piece of chicken and below average fish curry.very hesitant to serve enough quantity.Normal meal they are serving 30 DHS. You can get in Dubai this meal with 15 DHS even In same set up. Blade price . Never recommended

Just returned from 2 nights at this hotel and I found it very good . The room( twin) was a decent size with comfortable beds and a lovely hot shower. The bath towels were decent and changed every day. The room was mainly clean, although there were large stains on the bathroom door. The only thing I would say is the room could do with USB ports both sides of the bed, not just on the desk and a bedside table each. The staff were friendly and helpful and when my daughter wanted a peppermint tea,they gave us a couple of bags to take up to our room. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with good quality ham, bacon and sausages.
The hotel can get a bit noisy from the planes but it is on the flight path of London City Airport nearby

Pretty basic hotel with a high price. Rooms are used, small shower cabin but with a good bed. Overall the hotel is located well but the accommodation looks and is used. Breakfast was ok. Tap Water smells like chlorine didn't drink it bought bottles in a supermarket close by.
Staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel located in the Docklands at around 5 minutes walk from Custom House underground station, there are also plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, it is just a pity that there was no room service so if you want to order something you need to go down to the bar, but I once wanted to order coffee and some cakes for my family in the afternoon and only coffee was available so I ended up using Uber eats. In addition there was no proper wardrobe.

If I could rate my after care customer service experience zero stars, I would.

At about 11.20pm my whole power goes off in my room, leaving me in darkness and without power right before going to sleep for the night. I needed the power to be able to charge my phone for the next day.

I had to get changed and go to the reception to have them move me to a whole new room. I did try calling and texting on the WhatsApp number advised in the room, but received no answers.

With no help from the staff, I had to pack all my belongings in pitch black, (as my phone had run out of battery at this point), which not only is an inconvenience but worrying as something could have been left behind.

Not only did I receive no help, or even offered anything to provide me with light to pack up my belongings, no apology was even given to me by staff as they straight away blamed another room who had apparently blown a fuse.

Once I was situated in my new room, this wasn’t as comfy or the same as my previous room, as it was two twin beds pushed together, which my previous room wasn’t.

I wasn’t able to sleep as I was worried/ anxious the power would turn off again and my phone wouldn’t charge, as I had a very important passport appointment in the morning.

My nights sleep ended up being terrible, out of worry for this and left me having a really disappointing stay at this hotel.

After this upsetting stay, I was told by a staff member at reception to email my concerns. I emailed now 8 days ago and I’m yet to receive ANY response from a member of staff at the hotel, or anyone at ibis directly.

This level of customer service has been appalling, especially when you pay an extremely high price to stay. And to now be ignored has made me think again about staying at an ibis.

this place is amazing especially also for us bus drivers because the place is easy to reach via the cable car from the main bus parking at the O2 arena can I drop I have nothing to complain here The room's been great or the for a short day nap I love this hotel and it confirms to me the good even standards

Nice hotel only thing I can complain is that there is no water bottles or air con. But staff where lovely and food was great. Room is small but perfect. Great for cons

Close to royal Victoria and excel centre but very basic, rooms simple and pod bathrooms terrible, unclean and damp smelling. Breakfast was ok and free Wi-fi if you need to work but wouldn’t stay again. Appreciate it’s at the budget end but can get much better in the area for cheaper

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit too firm but that’s ok. The staff were lovely. I was worried about airport noise but I didn’t hear anything inside the hotel. Will stay here again.
