till now not received and i try to call the branch ( 16 Building - Hamad Bin Abdulla Rd - Fujairah)
no responce not attending the call now time is 12.12AM

My experience wasn't good when it comes to service but the chicken is great. I ordered food and they served after 35 minutes approximately. And when they served it, it is in take away pack supposedly that's dine in.

I have been in uae mote than 18 years I didn’t have such a bad experience in a kfc the food quality was ver very bad chicken was not fresh fries was very very cold and ver old by time some toasted machines was not working for the twister sandwich and supreme meal was delivered without the turkey inside and everywhere is very dirty shocking it’s not kfc standard at all

I only ordered fries and popcorn, stayed there waiting for almost half hour for it, then I asked for extra ketchup politely but received the ketchup with a bad attitude as if the worker pays for my extra ketchup or something.

Staff is very rude and cant communicate properly.. i ordered like 48 pcs of chicken i ask for more plate he keeps giving me 3pcs plate i had to explain to him i need more but wont understand. Also they forgot the drinks
