I had a twister meal. Staff was so polite and best customer service. Deanne was nice and quick to ready the order and serve.

Food Court table setting during COVID are generally safe, looks clean enough.
However, you might feel that the illumination in the area is not sufficient and feels like Older Design Interior are still in place. A good area for a quick bite though.

Orders aren't complete, not once or twice...it is a complete careless group of un professionals ...will not waste my money there any more....

Fries has been changed recently, they said now no longer they provide the same French fries in KFC

Very Bad Customer Service, Philippines and Nepali staffs doesn't know how to behave with customer and even doesn't know proper English and also not understanding American and British Accent English, I order Chicken twister meal they ask me sorry I didn't understand, Philippines woman doesn't understand British Accent English spend 10mins to make her understand and after that wrong meal she gave me only twister no fries no drink, Imagine I said meal she bought only twister waited again 20minutes for fries & drink. Very Bad customer Service must closed KFC in Fujairah branch, just spoiling Fujairah KFC names. And KFC in Hamed street Fujairah, 16 building & Lulu Mall KFC are worst serving KFC not like original taste of KFC, It's like I'm eating Cafeteria Chicken. All KFC staffs in Fujairah illiterate doesn't know how to speak to customer especially Philippines & Nepali.
