Always welcomed with smiles from the friendly staff. Saved the life of my aging Labrador when she developed a tumour on her leg. Offered me pioneering cancer treatment that worked! Mya and our family will always be very grateful to the whole of Milestone team for their continued support with my cats and kittens and 15 year old pooch. 10/10.

Dreadful. I thoroughly researched independent vets when my existing practice was sold to one of the corporates. Milestone seemed to fit the bill. How wrong I was. This practice operates like a corporate. No continuity of care with the same vet or nurse for that matter. So bad, I wouldn’t take my dog there to be PTS. I chose to go to my equine vet who I trust beyond question. Find somewhere else to look after your animal.

Excellent staff, vets are thorough and offer lots of advise.
Find them caring towards my cats on each visit.
Would recommend them, and they are not overpriced like some vets.

Have used Milestone for many years for all of my dogs. One had to go in for a small operation today. I was rung with a possible problem with her health before she had surgery and contacted as soon as she was in recovery. I was emailed an estimated price beforehand. It actually ended up being cheaper which was a pleasant surprise!
They fully explained her aftercare.
I find all the staff - from vets, nurses and receptionists to be compassionate, friendly and informative. They adapt their approach accordingly to each dog. I had 1 very nervous dog and they would come to my car to treat her.
I wouldn't use any other vet.

It was a pleasure to go to this vets very helpful and friendly staff and a lot of care re the animals ..well done all of you and thanks for helping my cat so patiently ???? ???? x

Milestone really honestly care about pets I take my dog and rabbits here they are honestly perfect vets thank you for looking after my roxy when she had her teeth removed this week

We use these vets for our pets. Unfortunately it's one of those places that need to exist for the wellbeing of our animals so it's not somewhere you can really say you love. The vets is located on an industrial estate which is a bit awkward and limits parking quite a lot unfortunately. But the vets are clean and kept to a good standard. The staff and vets are very friendly and we have only ever had good experiences. Obviously this is a business so does look to make a profit but prices in comparison aren't too bad.
