Calm, kind and impressive staff. They took care of me quickly (in terms of my procedure that was the goal for me) but before and during I was nowhere near rushed-had time to ask questions and understand the process. Can't thank the staff that took care of me more for their compassion and skill.

the receptionists, nurses and doctors are so lovely! i felt unwell after a routine procedure and they were so caring and didn't rush me out the door, offering me as much as they could! quick booking and appointments, kind staff, can't ask for more.

My daughter came in yesturday and i am absolutely distraught with the service she received here. Pointing out my daughters Stretchmarks and also asking my 18 year old if she recently had a baby when she was there to remove her birth control !! I will be reporting this further and i hope the woman is upset with herself this woman was dark skinned with dreads working on friday 1st april this had Impacted my daughter so much and she is now insecure thanks to the woman working i wish we got her name !! She didnt even read the case notes either which would of given her all answer/ she needed instead of being rude to a vulnerable 18 year old! We will not be returning disguting and disappointed to say least

The receptionists, nurses and doctors are lovely, the only problem I had was the long wait, over 2 hours to be seen. I was informed in advance but it would be nice to give appointments rather than work on walk in basis.

The doctors and receptionists are perfectly nice but I’ve waited for hours at a time to be seen on several occasions and on my last visit I waited 2 hours then had to leave as I had work, after I was told it was roughly an hour wait. If you come here have a good few hours to spare, and booking appointments are a good few weeks wait.

On the NHS website it says they do walk ins, when you get to the site they say they don’t. They’ll give you a card to call and book an appointment but then they won’t pick up the phone. Jokes.

Having had so much trouble with my own doctors surgery in trying to get my implant changed at a time that suited me I decided to try Worthing sexual health clinic. My first appointment was a consultation with a very helpful gentleman who gave me great advice and was so friendly and appproachable. My second appointment again was flawless. I was given wonderful, informed advice and the lady who removed my implant was so friendly and professional!! Thank you all soooo much. I would recommend your services without reservation!!
