Beautiful, relaxing place to visit. Parking area was full but plenty of parking on the road side. Get there early.

A great walk and what a landmark. The middle of no where! Certainly sends the mind boggling. Unfortunately on our travels we didn’t experience the presence of any cattle although there was a sign stating a bull was in the fields.

Well worth a visit!

it is not difficult to walk up Eagle stone from Baslow village. the resemblance of eagle is much clear, when you stand further away such as from Baslow edge.

Lovely great hunk of stone stuck on the top of Baslow edge. It's set a wee way back, but not too far back. Strange how it just sits there? Quite imposing when you stand by it but looks small from afar?
