Brilliant taxi service texts to keep you updated ie when there on their way and when their outside and they give you the name of your driver used twice now excellent service would definitely recommend happy customer ????

Taxi arrived within minutes. Shannon, our driver was lovely. Very courteous and helpful. Have often used this service. Very reliable. And reasonably priced. Many thanks for getting us all back to Shsldon as we had missed the last ferry.

awful taxi service.

It was 10 minutes after the pick up time and I had received no phone call from the taxi. I had been ready the whole time though had been waiting for a phone call (every other taxi service does this). I heard the taxi beeping outside my house and the taxi driver was very rude as he'd felt i'd left him waiting. He told me that Bryan's taxi's "dont phone" And i "should know this". My two questions were: why should I know this? (i've never used them before) and why don't they phone? Rather then answer my questions, he threatened to kick me out. I'd booked a return home but had the decency to phone and let them know I wouldn't be using their service on account of the rudeness. It turned out they'd already cancelled the taxi anyway without telling me. Its a good thing i'd felt the same way about the interaction. The only difference is i'd bothered to let them know.

Awful service and incredibly rude.
And my two questions are yet unanswered: why don't they phone and how are people supposed to know this?

We always use Bryan’s Taxis when we need a taxi service.
We have always received a great service from them and they have always arrived on time. The drivers are very friendly and do a great job!
Keep up the good work and no doubt we will be using them again. ????????

Dreadful service. Horribly rude and unhelpful man who abandoned us late at night because our train was running 5 minutes late. I’ll never use them again, or recommend them

We have always used BRYANS Taxis, always a friendly service, from everyone, not just the drivers, but all the staff. A great bunch of people, highly recommended.

Was told I'd have a cab in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later nothing. I called again and was told 10 minutes, called again 15 minutes later and was told by the operator that she didn't know why he hadn't turned up!!!!!
was then offered a taxi for 20 minutes away!!!
