It was my first time transfer to India. I was recommended by my colleagues to use lulu Exchange for the transfer. I was very well supported by the lulu Exchange employees at fujairah and they kept me updating for each stages. And finally it was done without any issue. I would specially thank Mr. Ramees KP and Mr. Hameed Ali who were highly helpful.

Either these staff is so unhappy at their job or they are just so unfit for the job. So unfriendly and rude customer service experience Fujairah branch, I strongly suggest they enter some sort of training for customer service.

Very bad service...I was sending money from them 6years..Before the staff was very good and very fast service...now a days if I entre there my blood was boiling and I get mad..very very bad...unfit staff...
