Nice serene point to look at mountains surrounding the valley. The place to park your is uneven and you have to be bit careful if you are driving a sedan.

I love the thought processes that decided the position of the Eastbound Sunny Way bus stop. The bus stop pole has been slowly immersed in the hedge which doesn't help it's conspicuity for inexperienced 56 pilots. Coupled with the parked cars positioned in front of the bus stop area, passengers have to leap out into the thoroughfare to attract the attention of the 56 helmsman. There can be up to 3 passengers boarding at a time which clearly results in a delay for the bus to move on. The gridlocked vehicles travelling in both directions are therefore facing each other with little or no room to negotiate safe passage around the hapless 56. I can still clearly remember the dreadful incident in the summer of 1998 when the gridlock was so severe that traffic was backed up to the Berkeley Arms pub and Anchor Bleu.

Fortunately an army Chinook helicopter passing overhead spotted the dilemma and descended low enough to drop a couple of ropes and winch the bus free. It helpfully transported the vehicle plus passengers up to the A259. Phew! That wasn't the end of it though. One passenger was really annoyed saying that he wanted the stop before the White Swan. Sometimes you just can't win ????u200d♂️.
