To balance up the 2 negative reviews so far, I'll say they've always been very helpful, offer good and expert advice, and the wait times don't seem to be very long if you go in the quieter periods, ie early morning or evening... obvious stuff really.

Drop and shop?? Not unless you're shopping for 7 days and then willing to wait in a queue for 45mins and maybe told to come back the next day!
