We reserved a SUV to be picked up on the 27th of June 23 morning. The vehicle we reserved was damaged and no one called or emailed us to inform that it was unavailable. Instead they tried to give us a small car for the same price as the suv.

The guy at reception was extremely rude and was not apologetic at all. He acted like the whole thing was our fault. I highly recommend you don’t go here. They don’t take responsibility at all!

Great experience, accommodating team helped us to resolve minor confusion with a booking via an agency without compromising on the vehicle and without increasing the cost. Would recommend.

Auto ma przebieg ponad 36k mil. Oskarżono mnie o uszkodzenie opony. Co ciekawe osoba która odbierała auto od razu udała się do tego uszkodzenia, jakby wiedziała że tam jest. Zapłaciłem za wymianę opony przedniej od strony pasażera.
Ale proszę sprawdz czy nadal nie ma tego uszkodzenia by nie płacić ponownie!
Nie polecam.

Très déçu nous avons réservé une voiture automatique, en arrivant à la réception,on nous prévient que la voiture qu'on avait commandé avait eu un accident ce qu'il nous propose c'est une voiture plus petite et en plus manuelle ils ont essayé de trouver une solution mais rien par la suite .
