Always late... X74 to Newport should be at Caldicot Woods for 9:58. It's now 10:14 and no sign of it.... This happens all the time.

The X74 from Chepstow to Newport is getting worst. The first one in the morning the college bus is getting ridiculous. Why don't Newport transport have a bit of sense and put a double decker on knowing full well it will be full by the time it gets to caldicot by having the sign on the front of the bus saying full bus if it's a single decker bus and you can't get on it. Which means that people who work can't get on it and have to get the next one then in an hours time. Why don't they bring back the the earlier one I use to get on at 7AM in the morning in caldicot until the covid started.

Rubbish my sister was waiting for the 30 Cardiff bus to go and stop by Celtic spring so she could get on to go into Newport and the bus drive right past her.terrible,in this heat I think it’s rubbish not good at all

The bus station appears to be split in 2 sections in diffrent places in town so for anyone who isnt local it's very confusing. The bus station in Friars walk area is really nice but the station near Newport Market isnt ao pleasant. Both stations leave one feeling a tad unnerved at night as there isnt anyone to help, guide of give advice. Timetables wernt very clear and it wasnt easy to find what stand to use. I think Newport station needs to become more tourist friendly.

Absolutely rubbish service as I cannot get home to Alway after 7 plus the last one never turns up 18.58 and I am here 30mins before aswell NOT happy at All

The woman today who was driving the bus was rude, vile and I must say needs some manners. The two poor old women were frightened to say anything one can not believe that she is allowed to work with the public. She has her hair tied up in a black scarf that's the only way I can describe her. Oh and with a venomous tounge.

My bus should be every half hour. Turns out it just turns up when it wants too. Use this transport to get to work and I'm forever late but have no other way to get in.
