Mohammed was extremely rude and unapologetic for coming 20mins late for a pickup going to Heathrow. When I complained of his customer service, he stopped the car and asked me to get down and call someone else if I wanted. This was a few hours to my flight. He did not become civil until I made the bank transfer for the trip about ten minutes into the journey. I won’t go near this company again. Awful customer service and a driver who doesn’t understand why getting to the airport early is important.

Station Taxis based at the station Gillingham, kent, booked a 7 seater for the 10th August 19 two weeks before, which was confirmed by them did not turn up for the time booked, so we call them to see what was up, just told cannot make it today, if only they had bothered to phone us early in the day.
