Coming off the main road it's. Fast left turn, most people overshoot and have to do a series of manoeuvres to get back. The car park is plenty for the size of the medium store. They have everything your local coop would have plus a bit more geared towards campers. We visited every other day for essentials and other emergency needs like DRY matches etc. The staff were lovely, welcoming and polite.

Absolutely awful experience yesterday! 4 different sets of customers waiting to be served by one absolute bleather of a Karen! I get a wee bit friendly chat as you are serving but to clearly see the huge queue but continue making unrelated conversation with the current customer is just not on. Once reminded we were all waiting she became passive aggressive to the point she called for the supervision (I’m guessing) claiming me to be rude! ???? well that was pretty much the most useful thing she did as he opened a till and happily served us, being attentive and chatty as well as being diligent and aware of the growing queue. If anything I’d say this particular Karen was actually enjoying creating a scene. Had the lovely guy been serving from the start I’d have given 5* but unfortunately I can only give 1* due to the rude Karen who I’d be sending away to brush up on her customer service skills as they are seriously lacking!

An ok stocked CoOp, pleasant staff, post office inside. Flowers, wood, coal, Costa machine, but I'd recommend going to the Glencoe cafe for better coffee .

Really friendly team at a recently built Co-Op - well located just off the A82 by the visitor center.

Includes the local post office too

Good range of Whiskey too and even the staple 'Buckfast' kept behind the till

Coffee machine broken. No meal deals. Hot food bit also broken. Waste of time

Ok shop with decent amount of variety of foods to suit everyone's requirements.

Unfortunately, on my last visit, I went to purchase 2 chicken fajita slices from the hot plate. Where they were sitting, it clearly stated 2 for £2. I checked all the price tickets within the cabinet also and none stated about chicken fajita slices. When I arrived at the checkout, each fajita slice popped up at £3 each. I called the cashier over who said the discount would come off at the checkout time. It did not. She then said they were not included in the deal. I informed her that they were sitting at the 2 slices for £2 and she just fobbed me off by saying they were not in the deal. Customer service from this assistant was terrible and I felt like an idiot. I have included a photo of the cabinet which clearly shows all prices and nothing near £3 for any chicken fajita slices. Poor experience let down by staff here.

Been to this store a few times, always busy, self service tills have never worked for some reason but today, the girl serving behind the counter was the rudest, passive aggressive store operative we've ever encountered.

No point in highlighting all her faults, as it would take up so much space but to be approached by a customer after leaving the store and being asked by them, 'What was her problem?' I think that sums up the situation only too well.
