Always seems to be youngsters hanging around the car park and although I haven't had my car messed with, I am always apprehensive as others have. You can buy a monthly pass for this car park though at £10 a month

Operating the pay machines requires a degree. Once you've decided how long you want to stay and entered your registration number (yes, it's one of those machines), you can then decide how to pay. It doesn't give change, but does take credit cards, and you can use contactless or phones. It appears to "think" a lot between each stage. Pity it doesn't use RingGo.
And when you've paid your £3 for all day (which is reasonable) you'll read the special offer of £2 all day, valid in all carparks. But as far as I could make out the ticket was the normal £2 one with it's expiry time, so how that's monitored I'm not sure!

It's a spacious car park but it is used in the evenings by learner drivers to practice plus there are a lot of paths leading into it so it didn't feel very safe after dark.

Good, central car park, with easy access and close to the centre of Ottery, the Medical Centre, Sainsburys and the Land of Canaan. Reasonsble prices and clear signeage. Well maintained and very clean.
