???????????? Worst factory ever they will not give you breaks no holidays and even you have to work for almost 17 hours like a slave even if you are a high position staff???? yes you read it right so much frustrating the company is, and they will pay you so less no appreciation, no rewards, no bonus nothing

Working in NPF is same as working in a government job. One who can join NPF will gain full knowledge of process and systems in FMCG packages. Supportive Management and Facilities in office as well as accomodation.I had proud to be a part of NPF family.

Do Not ever join this com. it works like baniya (Gujarati) shop under supervision of Dixit Shah & CEO Rajesh Babu ... your will not get break fast time also ... Duty Hours Morning 8 to Night 8-12 hours cont duty .... no extra breaks are allowed ... co will sign two years bond frm you if you leave before two years they will also deduct immigration charges also ....very worst working conditions you will be living in co accommodation which will give view as place very next to funeral place ...
