It happen that the owner was in the shop and she assisted me from the beginning all the way to post delivery of the product, her customer serviceship was Outstanding, Awesome, Very Professional, Very Accommodating.

Their flower arrangements are dazzling and their prices are unbeatable, Perfect experience..the shop is very professional..flower arrived exactly on time and it was very nice and creative.Thank you!

I visited the Fujariah Branch and the female worker with short blonde hair was so rude. She was texting on her phone the whole time and even ignored me. I recieved very bad service and all the workers seemed very lazy. The quality of the flowers was not good and some flowers where dying. I will never return here again. I would rather visit other flower shops in Fujariah where I will recieve better service and better quality flowers. I am very dissapointed.

surrounded by roses and selling it without a smile on faces.. counter staff not at all friendly. he even dont want to help in suggesting a bouquet.. he just says look at our Instagram page. then why are u there.. just use an online portal.
