Absolutely amazing vets,we were on holiday and one of our dogs had a tick on his lip which we couldnt remove! I phoned and they said come straight down and you can see the nurse.She was a lovely gentle lady and removed the tick without our dog getting stressed. I couldn’t be believe how kind they were and said there was no charge!!
We are from Surrey and there would be a charge £30-£40 charge just walking in the door.

As always the team at Charter Vets were so kind and helpful, I forgot my cats medecine on a trip at New Year and they sorted it in under 24 hours despite being New Years Eve.

Lovely staff, and good service. But they really need out door lighting for the car park! I tripped in the dark.

Would like to thank Charter vets for seeing my dog at short notice. We were on holiday down there and my dog got ticks on her face. We were going home that day but needed the ticks removing and they saw us straight away

We were on holiday in Woolacombe and had to take our elderly dog who had developed vertigo. We called uo 25 minutes before they closed and they saw us at the last minute. The vet, vet nurse and reception staff were all so friendly and sympathetic. We were convinced our dog patch would need to be euthanized but the vet administered a steroid injection, antiemetic injection and gave a course of medications for 10 days and our dog, Patch, was almost back to his nornal self the next day, and is now fully recovered. Cannot thank them enough.
