Ordered taxi when it came driver on phone talking in his language from pick up to town all the way none stop and when got town it said £4.40 on his clock and charged £4.50 blatantly like he not bothered sorry mill hill down hill

Pre booked a taxi today, 5 min after the time it was booked for I rang to cancel it as the taxi was obviously late after been pre booked 30 min prior. I was told not to ring them again with really rude tone, not like I was going to if they can’t make it on time but could of avoid the bad manners. If you need reliable service might as well skip these guys.

Best taxi company in Blackburn, they turn on time every time and dont rip you off either like city taxis.

Quoted 7.50 driver charged 8.00.
70 speed limit he was going 76 and he never had a seat belt on.
Other than that car was clean it was OK.
Won't use again regardless, don't like people who try to take advantage regardless of the amount.
He would have been told to keep the change from the £10 had he stayed on the original quote.

ZERO stars

I have been a regular customer to this service for nearly 5 years. Today I booked a taxi from Burnley hospital to my home address while I was still in the hospital. They told me that someone was on there way it would be 20-30minutes before my taxi arrives. Leap forwards 4 minutes from booking the taxi and I had missed 2 calls from them while at 20weeks pregnant I was carrying my 1 year old out of the building and her car seat! Apparently in this 4 minutes the taxi driver had arrived and checked 3 different departments to see if I were waiting there *although it wasn't even my name they were asking for?* and had managed to make it back half way towards my home address (over half hour away).

Absolutely disgusted with them. I then tried to request another taxi from them, they sighed at me on the phone, chatted with other people in the background and told me there would be nothing for another 2 hours.

Anyway, I ended up using city taxis and they were an absolute godsend. I will be a regular with them from now on. Service with mill hill has been dropping for the past few months but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never using them again.

A driver was 2inches of nearly hitting me as he was turning around and he was very rude. I’ve never used this taxi before and will never use again. Absolutely disgusting ????

One of the only honest taxi firms in East lancs. If you request a taxi for a time, they will be there. If they can't, they will be honest and let you know. No constant ringing and being told it will be with you in five minutes or that it's on your street now. Respect the customer and they do.
