rooms where dusty the bds were dusty wash rooms where not clean and the closet had crack as well i was worried to sit on it. TVs had no channels rooms had no kettle and coffee sachets which usually even the cheapest hotel has. basically it was like a budget hotels where pay and collect service was the rule. staffs were not pleasant.

Withheld my and my wife emitae ID cards till we check out. 1 soap chip and 1 towel in bathroom for both of us. Bath tub was broken. Staff open our room door without knocking and permission when we were half sleep.

I booked in Oyo, and in the Oyo app, the check in time showed as from 8AM to 2PM and I went to the hotel around 10:30AM. The receptionist said, their check-in time is only from 2PM and stated they are not responsible for what information shows in the Oyo app and it doesn't make sense what he was talking about. However after arguing and waiting for 15 mins, I checked into the room, and the room was sooo bad. The TV was not working, and when informed about it, they said their maintenance person will come and check, but no one came.

Overall a bad experience. And would never visit again.

Please and i request anyone to not check in this hotel, ever. One of the worst experiences. It just looks good at the front desk and reception area but the rooms are smaller than the bathroom. And the bathroom is not clean, they charge you for everything and provide not so good service. They just spoke sweet at the reception but it was the worst hotel experience ever. I repeat, search other locations. Not worth the price at all.

Just be strict on the cleanness coz it's vital to clients, also do maintenance of the old furniture

I spend my last night in this hotel in Fujairah .. I would say that this is definitely my worst experience with hotel ever .. the room are not clean at all the carpet is complete full of dust and dirt, the furniture is so so old and the worst thing the room was so noisy as the club sounds so loud in the room and any anyone walks in corridor you can hear

I would have given a negative star if that was an option. One of my worst experiences at this hotel.
Major AC issue. Toiletries had to be asked not placed by themselves. Booked for 2 but everything else in the room was just for 1 person hardly that too upon asking for the same. Double bed rooms too small, suffocating. Room not at all up to the mark. Cleaning/ staff enters room in ur absence without your permission. Manager not bothered to respond to your complaints even though call from the Manager was demanded at the reception. No customer service at all. Waste of money. Rather pay a little more and stay in a good hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Average rooms.
Furniture needs change
Bath tub needs better cleaning.
Electrical switches need change.
I suggest rooms can have a kettle.
A hair drier is essential.
